The Combined Entrance Examination (CEE), 2019 for admission to B.Tech. programme in the colleges of Assam shall be conducted by the Assam Science and Technology University. The CEE-2019 is conducted on 28th April 2019 as per the latest syllabus of Assam Higher Secondary Education Council across the Assam in the following exam centres.

- Jorhat
- Dibrugarh
Examination Details
Paper shall be of three (3) hours duration and shall contain 120 multiple choice questions each carrying one mark. Four (4) marks will be awarded for every right answer and one (1) mark will be deducted for every wrong answer. There shall be no marks, in case, the candidate selects more than one option in the answer sheet there shall be no marks. CEE-2019 will be based on Assam Higher Secondary Education Council (AHSEC) Syllabus .The examination is Multiple Choice Questions (MCQ) Type and comprise of a Single Paper of 3 (three) hours duration with following distribution:
- Mathematics : 40 Questions
- Physics : 40 Questions
- Chemistry : 40 Questions
