Responsibilities:
Project Head Grade I will be responsible for developing and implementing the project’s entrepreneurship support programme for women to start and scale up businesses in Assam, and potentially further states in North East.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Post-Graduate degree in management or other related fields.
- Minimum8 to 10 years of professional experiences in entrepreneurship promotiona andrelated work.
- Workexperience in an industry/business association or a service provider providing start-upsupport (such as incubation centres, innovations labs, business development programmes etc.) is preferable
- Good knowledge on policies and approaches adopted by government, various stake holders and the private sector to promote entrepreneurship in India, specifically in North East
- Abilityto work independently and take responsibility
- Proactive attitude and entrepreneurial spirit
- Fluent in English, Hindi and Assamese is a must; fluency in further regional
- languages would be an advantage
Post: Project Lead

Salary – Rs.34,000/- per month
Responsibilities:
Project Leads will be responsible for leading and implementing the entrepreneurship support programme for women to start and scale up businesses in Assam, and potentially further states in North East.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Any post-graduate degree in management or other related fields
- Minimum5 to 7 years of professional experiences in project management.
- Workexperience in an industry/business association or a service provider providing start-up support (such as incubation centres, innovations labs, business development programmes etc.) is desirable.
- Abilityto work independently and take responsibility
- Proactiveattitude and entrepreneurial spirit
- Fluentin English, Hindi and Assamese is a must; fluency in further regional languages would be an advantage
Post: Project Executive Grade I

Salary – Rs.28,420/- per month
Responsibilities:
Project Executive will be responsible for executing and co-ordinating the entrepreneurship support programme for women to start and scale up businesses in Assam, and potentially further states in North East.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Post-Graduate degree in any field or BE in any specialization.
- Minimum3 to 4 years of professional experiences in project work.
- Workexperience in an industry/business association or a service provider providing start-up support (such as incubation centres, innovations labs, business development programmes etc.) is desirable.
- Proactiveattitude and entrepreneurial spirit
- Fluentin English, Hindi and Assamese is a must; fluency in further regional languages would be an advantage
